2. How much space and setup duration does Arcade Game Rental need for offsite event?
Arcade Game Rental arcade equipment can be setup at any event size space.
Our sales executive may advise you on the space requirement based on the equipment you would like to rent.
Depending on the rental package you choose and specifics of the event space, setup timing will be from 1 hour – 3 hours for the event timing.
3. Do you need tokens to play ?
Not neccessary, we can do free play mode. Different arcade machines have differ game play mode.
There are 3 type of game play mode, [Token play], [Free play], [Coin play].
- [Token play] – Game will only [START] when token is being inserted for credit play.
- [Free play] – Unlimited game play without having to insert token or coin.
- [Coin play] – [Drop us an email for more information, thank you!]
You may let our sales executive know your requirement for the event, they will be able to advice you the ideal play mode.
4. Do you provide customization from branding purposes?
Yes , we do and we offer various branding options for your consideration.

5. What is your refund and cancellation policy?
Full refund will be given upon 1 week’s notice for cancellation.
50% refund will be given upon cancellation up to 48 hours before your event.
6. Do you offer discount on multiple days / monthly rental?
Yes! We definitely do.
We do offer attractive long term rental packages for arcade machines rental.
Do email us your requirements, we can always tailor the best package to suit your needs.
7. Apart from Renting, is your machine for SALE?
Yes, we do provide SALES of either used arcade machines or new arcade machines.
Used machines do not come with warranty.
If the arcade game you want is not available on our website, email us with your product image, we can bring in for you, door to door delivery. Hassle-free Purchase!
7. How many players can play at a time?
Depending on your game type selection. 1 to 4 players are allowed.

8.Do you have arcade game which we want but not listed on your website?
Do feel free to email us on the arcade game you wish to have for your event. We might have something for you!
As we are following the ever-changing gaming trend, we will be in NEW arcade machines from time to time.
9. How do i confirm a booking?
You may email us to check on the availability, once we confirm your availability , we will send you a booking contract for endorsement.
